Cheat mode:

Select battle mode and choose any type of match. Enter a User ID at the "User Setups" menu. Hold L + R + Z at the character selection screen and quickly enter one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding person.

Fight as Method Man:

Hold L + R + Z at the character selection screen and quickly press A, Y, A, X, A.

Fight as Redman:

Hold L + R + Z at the character selection screen and quickly press A, B, A, Y(2).

Fight as Deebo and Omar:

Successfully complete story mode with all four default characters.

Girlfriend Gallery

During the girl vs girl matches, you have the option of choosing either girl. Below is written like the following:

If you pick the new girl and win, then you'll get the new girl and unlock 25% of her pictures.

If you pick the new girl and lose, then you'll stick with your old girl and get no pictures of either girl.

If you pick the current girlfriend and win, you'll unlock 75% of her gallery.

If you pick the current girlfriend and lose, then you'll unlock no new pictures.

The last line of pictures in all the girl's galleries can only be unlocked by going through story mode with that girl as your girlfriend (for the majority of the story mode).
